Agency and how you are represented

Choices, choices.  You can choose to have your agent work as a single agent or as a transaction agent.  Below are the differences between the two.  The State of Florida makes exception to the consumer choosing agency, where single agency transitions to transaction agency.  Your agent will let you know if and when this situation arises.
