A buyer has the same rights to representation as a seller

As a buyer you have the same rights to representation as a seller.  Obviously a seller hires an agent for their expertise, market knowledge, and representation in handling the sale of their home.  You also have the right to have someone properly representing your needs in purchasing a home, whether it’s new construction or pre-existing.

The best part, we request the seller pay the commission even though we represent you!
